Yoga
Our yoga classes are held in an infrared-heated room to support deep detoxification, flexibility, and relaxation. Each class is designed to reconnect mind, body, and soul through a variety of yoga styles and disciplines, including Vinyasa and Yin-inspired practices.
Barre
Barre and ReBarre classes use the ballet barre to combine small, controlled movements with high repetitions and light resistance. Rooted in dance, each session blends strength, balance, and endurance for a full-body, low-impact workout that sculpts and tones.
